Based on these reviews, I booked my Audi A5 in for a long overdue service after my last mechanic left NZ. Saravan was great, gave me a detailed breakdown of the work needed and how it could be prioritised to make it more affordable. Fast, professional, well priced and my car came back cleaner than it went in!

SB European - Penrose is indeed a very genuine and serious European car service centre. I would describe Mr.saravan (Owner) as a good and reliable Doctor for cars who knows what he is doing. He doesn’t keep you in the dark & explains things the way it’s supposed to be unlike many others. My Audi TT was received well, attended well, serviced well and invoiced well too!! I would highly recommend to others & thank me later👍

Saravan and his team were awesome. I have a Skoda Superb that needed repairs and I went to him for a second opinion. He diagnosed, quoted and repaired all within a quick timeframe. Certainly recommend for all Audi/VW platforms (including Skoda).

We take all our cars to Saravan. Modern VW/Audi and air cooled VW. Nothing is too much trouble and we’ve never had a problem getting things resolved, from simple scheduled mechanical maintenance to complex electronics issues. I can’t recommend SB European highly enough!

Excellent service. The team is knowledgeable and competent and their service is thorough and on time. The prices are very reasonable. If you are looking to get your european car (all VW, Mercedes, Land Roover, Jaguar etc.) serviced, there is no better place in Auckland.
